Desperate, Transparent, Pathetic Meet McCain’s VP Pick Sarah Palin

Surely America we are not so stupid to fall for this pick. While I think it is well past the time we make a woman President, this is definitely not a step in the right direction.

McCain picked her because she is a woman, and he (as Republicans think) if you put up a Woman then women have to vote for her, or at least enough to make sure we don't elect Obama.

I don't think it's a wrong choice, I think it's an unserious -- even fairly offensive -- choice.

Because Gov. Sarah Palin is a disaster, it's a sad statement on the Republican party.

First off, Palin MIGHT BE IMPEACHED FOR UNETHICAL FIRINGS. McCain is so desperately to condescend to women voters he picks one of the most corrupt Republican Politicians.

On Monday afternoon [July 28, 2008], the Joint Legislative Council, filled with Republicans and Democrats, voted 12 to 0 to formally call for an investigation against Governor Palin in a manner—that they are stressing—will be unbiased and done in a timely fashion.

Legislators approved hiring a special investigator to look into the controversial firing of former Public Safety Commissioner Walt Monegan. Monegan was fired two weeks ago without explanation and has said he was pressured by the governor and her staff to fire a trooper who was once married to Palin's sister.

Now, the relatively new Governor, Sarah Palin, is in hot water and may be facing a legislative investigation.

Her legislative experience consists of serving on the City Council of Wassilla. If you haven’t heard of it, it is probably because you are not one of its 6,700 population. She did serve as its mayor before her now tour de force as Governor for a year… a year as Governor of Alaska is that the experience McCain keeps saying we need?

But really that is just the tip of Palin’s horrible iceberg.

Palin's husband works for the Oil company BP. (British Petroleum… you have to ask why does Mr. Palin hate America? He can’t work for an American company?)

Gov. Palin is a wolf killer. She overturned Alaskans will who voted TWICE TO BAN WOLF KILLING. She reinstated a BOUNTY TO KILL WOLVES

PALIN HATES POLAR BEARS, Palin sued the government over its protection of Polar Bears from extinction. Who hates Polar Bears? If you need to watch it’s 5 minutes in… it might be hard to stomach otherwise.

Her daughter is likely going to be an UNWED TEENAGE MOTHER at 17… Those are the Republican families values. I guess that will be good, she can talk about the Bush Administrations abstinence only programs. (reported on Thom Hartman program 2nd hour)

She is anti-choice and pro death penalty yet claims to be “pro-life.”

Palin wants to teach Creationism instead of evolution in science classes.

And to make it complete she DOESN’T KNOW WHAT THE VICE PRESIDENT DOES. Priceless!!

Larry Kudlow of CNBC’s “Kudlow & Co.” asked her about the possibility of becoming McCain's ticket mate.

Palin replied: “As for that VP talk all the time, I’ll tell you, I still can’t answer that question until somebody answers for me what is it exactly that the VP does every day? I’m used to being very productive and working real hard in an administration. We want to make sure that that VP slot would be a fruitful type of position, especially for Alaskans and for the things that we’re trying to accomplish up here for the rest of the U.S., before I can even start addressing that question.”

Where did they find this woman? Of yeah Alaska, which according to Fox News makes her more qualified on foreign policy than Obama because of its “proximity to Russia,” yeah…
