Bill Mahr Gets It Right Again: Lapel-Gate

This whole false outrage about Obama not wearing a lapel flag was infuriatingly stupid. Obama took off the lapel pin because he said that he thought the pin had become “a substitute for true patriotism.” The irony is that it according the US code for treatment of the flag the one that Republicans want to pass an amendment for, would prohibit using the flag as clothing.
